IDLE RAID

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This policy describes how Idle Raid handles information when you use the game, its beta versions, and this website. Operator: Idle Raid Team.

Information we handle

  • Accounts: your account identifier and authentication information. Password accounts store a salted password hash on the server. Sign in with Apple uses an Apple identifier, an encrypted refresh token, and hashed game-session tokens. We do not receive your Apple password.
  • Game data: character names and identifiers, class, level, inventory, currency, equipment, talents, progress, combat records, and login/session timestamps.
  • Technical information: IP addresses needed to serve and protect requests, client version, and diagnostic events such as gameplay timing and errors. Game diagnostics can be linked to account and character identifiers.
  • Feedback: information you choose to send us. Apple may provide beta feedback, crash reports, and testing information through TestFlight.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save and restore progress, operate gameplay and leaderboards, moderate character names, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to requests. The current game has no advertising SDK or cross-app advertising tracking. We do not sell player information.

Information visible to other players

Character names, identifiers, class, specialization, level, power, and selected progression results can appear in character search or leaderboards. Avoid putting personal information in your character name. Login credentials and account identifiers are not displayed there.

Services that process information

  • Google Cloud: game hosting, database storage, backups, and operational monitoring. Proposed character names are sent to Google Cloud Natural Language for moderation; that request does not include your account credentials, account identifier, or saved game.
  • Apple: Sign in with Apple and TestFlight distribution and feedback, when you use those services.
  • Cloudflare: delivery and protection of this website. It processes connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata.

Game servers and the database are hosted in the United States. These providers may process information in other countries. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

Storage on your device

The game stores settings such as language and sound, your selected character, and sign-in information on your device. Apple game-session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. Password-based clients currently remember the account password in local application/browser storage until you log out. This website itself adds no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or contact forms.

Optional run-finished notifications and lock-screen activity may show gameplay information on your device. You can turn them off in the game or system settings.

Retention and deletion

Game accounts and saves are retained to preserve progress; the current beta does not automatically delete inactive accounts. Apple game sessions expire after 30 days. Diagnostic files rotate by size rather than on a fixed daily schedule. Routine database recovery uses seven daily backups and seven days of point-in-time recovery; separate release and migration archives may persist longer.

You can delete individual characters from character selection. This does not delete your account, Apple identity, all logs, or historical backups. Uninstalling the app or stopping Sign in with Apple does not erase server data. Full in-app account deletion is not yet available in this beta.

To request access, correction, or account/data deletion, contact ramp-kindle-absurd@duck.com. Include your character name or account identifier, but never send a password or login token. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. When handling your request, we will explain any information that must be retained for security, legal obligations, or recovery and its applicable retention period.

Your choices and questions

You can change your character name, log out, manage notification permissions, and stop using the game. Privacy rights depend on where you live and may include access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain uses. Send privacy questions or concerns about a child’s information to ramp-kindle-absurd@duck.com.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the updated date above. Material changes will be communicated through the game or its distribution channel where appropriate.
